Work great, easy to install and look good.I had an issue with the strike plates (older house) contacted contacted customer support and they were amazing and sent me older style but just the parts I needed in my color.

I'm using these knobs in chrome to slowly replace the old original bright brass knobs in my 60's house. They look sharp and are easy to install. Remove the knob on the screw side before installation otherwise you will hate it. TIP: Do this for any door knob you replace no matter the brand. The finish seems to last so far and I think the knobs are plated and not painted but I'm not 100% sure. These knobs don't work the best with my childproofing knob covers as they are flatter and slightly wider than "standard" knobs. I've installed six of these so far and have about 20 more to get. They're a little pricey to get all at once so they better not discontinue them!

UPDATED**i was sent a replacement handle and it was completely different, like night and day between the two. I dont know what's going on but the first one was definitely used and cheap however the new one was better quality, texture, finish, all around nicer handle, included directions and more what I had expected to receive the first time.I'm not really impressed by the quality or the lack of packaging. There's a weird texture on the bottom side of the handle and it's super scratched, it was rubbing against other parts in the box, with no plastic or anything to protect it. It almost seems like this was a return that was then resold as new. The bag of screws was already open as well and there are no directions, if there was supposed to be i dont know. It also feels really lightweight and cheap not even close to being worth what it's being sold for. Wouldn't buy again.

Come on, Return Department. You can do better than this. I was shipped a clearly, already torn into box and my knob and parts were rolling around box and not seperated and bagged. I needed a knob now so I didn't return. Now that it's on the door, it's actually really nice. Screws are NOT hidden making for an easier and clear install and a sturdier feel. You should use a 90 degree Phillips screwdriver to get the final screws in as the knob is in the way making it hard to tighten and not strip the screw.

Bought this to replace our handle after we installed the Simplisafe door lock and it matches wonderfully! Took me about 10 minutes to install, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Looks exactly as pictured.

Love this door knob. It looks great, has a nice quality feel when you turn the knob and the finish is superb. However, it is a real pain to install. If you order these, get this: It is the only screwdriver I have found that fits in the tiny space so you can tighten the screws that hold the knob assembly on the door: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GNPRRVZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1Even with this, it isn't easy! I have a couple other minor complaints: (1) Some sets came with an exchangeable square latch plate, others had only the one fitted rounded plate with no replacement plate to swap out. (2) The rounded plate is very difficult to remove. I watched countless videos on how to do this, but, alas, the only thing that worked was brut force, which bent the plate underneath so much I had to remove it and hammer it to flatten it. Anyway, I love look of these door knobs. Time will tell on how they hold up to constant use, but I am guessing they will be great.
