MonsterIsport Superslim Bluetooth Wireless in-Ear Headphones - Black, Model:MH ISRT WLS IE BK BT WW

I purchased this item back in November of 2015 as I am always on the search for comfortable audiophile quality wireless earbuds that can withstand my workouts. My initial experience was disappointing as the design of the earbuds was difficult to find the right combination to sit correctly in my ear comfortably as I trained. The inner ear fit can drastically change the level and quality of the sound - that being said I should have returned the headphones at that point. I continued to try different earbud combinations over the course of my next several workouts and finally I had a fit that was comfortable that provided me an immersed sound experience. At this point the headphones would even provide a level sound during a run or an intense bout of cardio.Another issue I had was with the length of the battery, I had to charge the headphones prior to every workout. There is nothing worse than your Bluetooth headset dying on you mid-workout.After several months of regular use the left earbud just stopped producing sound. I called Monster directly and they did not want to honor my warranty stating the seller I purchased the item from on Amazon was not an authorized seller. To my defense, that was the only seller offering this item during that time (Holiday season) on Amazon which is why I made the purchase. I was wrong to assume that all sellers on Amazon.com are created equal. I made a recommendation to Amazon that they should clearly state if a seller is authorized to sell a product - for had I known the product would not be honored by its manufacturers warranty, I would have sought another channel for purchase. The phone representative I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with at Monster was both rude and unprofessional. Last headset I ever buy from Monster.

These are without a doubt the most comfortable earbuds I have ever worn and they do sound great but the battery life is a bit short I think. I can oly get about 4hrs out of a full charge otherwise these would be my first choice every time.

Work well. The sound quality is great. They do slip out from time to time.

These make a crackling noise when inserting into the ear, I don't think it has noise cancelling, battery life is ok I guess, not impressive but it works for 2-4 hours depending on setting, I just don't like these so much

Overall a decent product. The sound is good but the battery life is mediocre at best. I bought these because i have liked the wired monster iSport ear buds. I expected more for the price.

After several attempts for my husband and me to 'connect' these wireless headphones to our mobile devices (it is not intuitive), these headphones were game changers for our active lifestyle. The battery life is pretty good and lasts for several 60 minute runs before needing a charge. After about 3 months of moderate use, the wireless range has become very limited and I have to hold my mobile device within inches of the power source. It is absolutely inconvenient during a run or walk and no longer can I set my mobile device down and be 'hands free' with the wireless headphones. I reached out to the original equipment manufacturer and they noted it was a product defect, but willing to replace it because it happened within the 12 month warranty. However, the product was apparently purchased on Amazon from an unauthorized dealer (El Marketplace) which caused the warranty to be invalid. El Marketplace has been in contact with me, confirming that the product is in warranty and could be sent in for repair, but I have found this information and process to be incredibly frustrating. All I would like is working wireless headphones without the hassle and really don't think this is too much to ask.

Bought for my boyfriend for Christmas...he will never go back to cords again. He says it has the best volume/clarity of all headphones.

They are awesome. But, if I wear them for more than like 60-90 min my right ear gets irritated. The controls are on the right so that side is heavier.

Ich habe den Kopfhörer für den Sport gekauft und bin total begeistert, besser als der Powerbeats2 Wireless, der Sound ist mit tieferen Bässen deutlich besser. Beim Laufen sitzt er sehr gut und man kann den Kinngurt gut einstellen das er straff am Kinn sitzt. SMS kann per Spracheingabe geschrieben werden sowie Telefonanrufe aus der Handy Liste tätigen sowie noch weitere Funktionen, Eine nette Damenstimme sagt alles wie beim Navi, gut gemacht.
