This cooler looks like a quality product but it really doesn’t do the job of cooling very well at all. Need to return it.

We live in california the valley,it gets hot and even with the ice and water does not cool room,it barely cools the spot you are sitting in,Wont ever buy this again,I thought it would be nice for my brother whos a veteran,Im just so sad and disappointed.

Temperature in the room while running this unit didnt cool off. it just made it humid.1) The fan on level 2-3 is loud and blows air about 2 feet out.2)The ice blocks dont freeze sold hard, so they thaw out very quickly! Leaving the water luke warm. It only is cool for the frist 2minutes and then nothing just room temperature air.3) The instructions are not very clear on how to use.4) To drain dirty water u have to lift the unit and put it in a tub, or sink and push the plug on the bottom of the water tub up. Very weird!5) on top of the unit u can add ice pack and water to run the cool mode which does nothing as well.*****Sending mines back after a week of giving it a try! It never got cooler at all! I really wish this unit would have worked because the size of it and price was perfect, for a small room********

I really wanted this product to be great and I was going to buy another one for my husband it it was. However, it was very disappointing.I put in 4 frozen ice crystals and cool water in the tank and it does not blow cool air. In fact, it doesn't blow much air. The picture shows air blowing from the entire front of the machine where the vents are. That was one reason why I chose this model. However, air only omits from half of the vented area. Behind the rest of the vent is solid white plastic. I also had difficulty getting the air to directly blow on me even though I adjusted it many times.

Originally, I liked this a little. I don't have central air condition in my new apartment so my bedroom gets really hot throughout the day. It helped cool the room a little, but some nights I felt it was lacking even with the freezer bottled in the bottom and top portions. I do think the quiet option kind of sounded like ocean noise or white noise to me. So it didn't disturb my sleep.However, I started running into issues. For instance water started leaking down the legs of the cooler when I turned the cooler option on. Then I noticed its not easy to clean. Once I noticed it leaking I stopped using it for a couple of weeks. Then, decided to test it out again. It ran fine but I noticed there was algae or something in the water which I figure isnt safe to keep in there. The drawer you fill water in does not come out completely, making it hard to clean completely. So I didnt feel safe using it anymore. Plus my window fan seemed to do a better job of cooling the room at night.

I was excited when I received the cooler. Setup was easy as plug an play. Had my water bottles frozen, that was no problem. got it all together and waited for the cool air. It did take awhile. It was just not what I expected. I guess I was used to an air conditioner. It did cool but took some time

This is the worst purchase I have ever made on amazon. This thing does NOT blow "cool" air. It blows the same quality of air as a regular fan except this product is much weaker than your average fan. And yes I've done the frozen pack thing!I tried it in my walk-in closet and after an hour it was no cooler than my room.Also, the "night" mode is not quiet at all.All in all. Waste of money. Cannot wait to return this.

No matter how much water or ice I put in it it doesn't work. The room is actually hotter with it in there and it takes up so much energy. The seller wants you to jump through hoops inorder to return it
