Full disclosure - I am not using this as a sit-stand product and I won't use it to type on - at least not yet. I am using it to get the most attractive angle on my face for videoconferencing which I find myself doing a lot more lately. It feels very sturdy - so sturdy in fact that it took me a bit to get it to open up and use. So it's stiff on first use and that's good. As for it not lying horizontal - I don't have that problem yet. Of course, again, I am not typing on it and it's brand new out of the box. I do love it's looks but could have done without the dumb, poorly executed "B-Land" logo on the base which looks like someone spent 3 minutes making. But it's in a slightly darker silver and it's not huge-huge so it's not that big of a deal. I do love that the aluminum nicely matches the silver of my laptop. I also like the fact that this product is about $25 bucks cheaper than the competition.

I think that this product is nice. Very solid, I have a 15" Macbook Pro and it feels very solid. I can adjust it as the height that I need to be more comfortable, and the laptop. However, I think that it is needed an external keyboard, to be more comfortable using it.

I do like this product, however, they decided to cover the bolt heads with a "sticker" that was near impossible to remove when the stand began to wobble. They need to make it easier for us to perform maintenance as needed. I would buy this again.

I bought a second one for my home since it worked so well. My only wish was that the base wasn’t a solid piece. My mouse pad goes over the base.

This is a really amazing laptop stand for an improved work-from-home experience. I have a 17” laptop that weights 3.7 lbs, the stand holds it perfectly and I can type comfortably. Highly recommend!

The laptop holder is silver color matching my mac air, looks very nice. It's very sturdy. The product is heavy 3lbs, not like other cheap alternatives. I am very happy with the purchase.
