Only one of the two worked. I later got Tiles as a gift. There is no comparison. Buy the tile.

After reading the reviews, I didn't expect much. But for the price, I decided it was worth investigating. I ordered 2 to improve my chances of getting one that works. I'm glad I did because the first one only made a clicking noise when I pressed the power button and couldn't be discovered by the app on my iPhone. The second one worked as advertised. So, on a hunch I decided to replace the battery in the first one, and that did the trick. Now they both work.Note to supplier: please stop installing the battery before shipment. After spending several weeks in a container as it travels across the Pacific Ocean, and who knows how long in your warehouse waiting on someone to order it, the battery is dead by the time it gets to the customer. There is a nice place in your package to put the battery for the customer to install.

If i could give this negative stars I would!! The back came off and I believe my dog ate it as i cannot locate it. it doesnt lock in at all. Luckily the battery was not eaten.I put this on my dogs collar and connected to the app on my phone. When i brought her outside to use the bathroom the damn thing kept beeping. Useless if you want to find a dog that goes more than 75 feet away from you.Dont waste your money. Buy cheap get cheap i guess.

Fell apart and lost part of it in Home Depot on our first outing with it; Battery was dead or machine was defective; It didn't not work

This did not work for me. I connected it to my iPhone. It would call me to tell me I had lost contact,but when I checked my iPhone it said i had nothing connectedIt will cost more to return it than it worth so will just throw them awayToo bad I doubled my order before checking to see if it workedE

I bought two of these, one for my dog and one for a friend. Before I could even download the program on my phone, the whole thing fell apart piece by piece off my dogs collar. Very cheap plastic, maybe it would be good for a small dog but not a 100lb puppy.
