Overall, my daughter is very pleased with this chair. It seems sturdy and comfortable.However, initially, one of the feet wouldn't fit on as there was a huge burr on one of the lugs on the central plastic hub, which had to be sanded down. The instructions were appalling. It was like a game of guess which screw went where! The parts list didn't match up to the pictures in the instructions nor the letter markings on the packet of screws / washers etc. Luckily I managed to figure it out, but someone who generally struggles putting stuff together might have had trouble.

This is a great chair, been using for a couple of months now and no regrets. Comfy, good size, very sturdy. Only minor concerns are that the armrests are very slightly wobbly and don’t fully tighten, and the footrest seems too flimsy to be of use but I don’t use it anyway. But overall a cracking office chair, I’m sure I’ll be using it for a while yet.

I was a little nervous as others had reported damaged parts and difficulty with assembly but this was completely fine. All built, looks great and my 14 year old is delighted. My only negative is the footrest. It kind of sits under the back of your knees and your legs dangle over the rest of it; plus the footrest also looks like we need to be very careful with it, as if it may break easily. Otherwise we are very happy indeed.

To be honest I fell in love after first try. This chair is so comfortable, makes my gaming marathons more comfortable. I used to feel pain around tailbone area but this chair provides good quality materials so all you should worry about after sitting on the chair is not to fall asleep.

The chair is absolutely amazing very comfortable very sturdy and easy too assemble however it's a shame for the price that their is still fraying in the stitching on one arm and looks like the actual seat has been scratched or caught on something as their is a visible peice of leather missing of the seat which really is a shame otherwise absolutely lovely chair

comfortable chair and quite well made..only problem was the screw dimensions listed in the package did not match up to the instructions.allow extra half hour when building it up to sort out which screws go where.

Chair is very comfortable.There was a problem with the armrest as the internal fixing was damaged. However, after the seller contacted me it was resolved as was offered a full refund or exchange.As the yellow was not in stock I accepted the refund.Would have loved to replace it as the overall structure and comfort was great. It was just an unfortunate default.

My son says it's so comfy he wants to sleep in it
