This has given new life to an older, worn mattress. I didn't want to buy a new mattress yet....haven't decided what kind I want. This makes my mattress very comfortable. Wish I would have thought to do this sooner. It did taken a week or so for the middle "hump" to go down....but it didn't interfere with using the mattress in any way.

This topper has made a world of difference with our mattress. The softness of the topper is awesome and the quality of the product is great. It will last for a very long time. You can’t find a better topper for the money. I am very pleased with this product. Plan to buy a couple more for the other beds we have in the house.

My husband and I have slept on this topper for 2 nights, so far it been good. It does have a little chemical smell, I hope that goes way. We did air it out for 24 hours before we put it on our bed. It’s petty soft but it seems to be helping my husband sleep better.

The mattress pad seems to rise in the center of our beds and sink at the edges. It is on a new mattress which lies level before the pad so I’m not sure what’s happening. Comfort level is good just odd.I am updating my review after a few months. We are still having the same issues with the mattress topper and we’re looking to replace it, but what I want to comment on is Amazons customer service. A few weeks ago I received an email from Abby Feng, who works for Amazon customer service. She offered to refund the amount we paid for the topper. The amazing part of this is that we had not requested a refund. At first I thought it may be some type of scam because it seemed too good to be true. After some checking I found it to be legitimate. I was very impressed by them making the effort to reach out to us and give us a refund. Thank you Abby for your terrific customer service.

we bought an adjustable air bed with a pillow top and a lifetime warranty; after five years the top flattened out and the company went out of business. I bought this to see if it would help since the air still works great. I am happy with it but I think a 2-inch might have a better choice. less than $200 vs $3000 +for a new bed. after 7 months so far so good

At first we were skeptical of this product due to the Engineering Science marketing Skills of Bedstory this Mattress topper is awesome best In class .Remember to follow the instructions and allow theMattress ect: to recover expand 48/72 hours this is most important it’s a Bed in a Box year’s of comfortable sleep

It is packaged very well, we waited several weeks for this. Very disappointed with it. We are both in our 70's and we were really expecting it to be soft. We have slept on it twice now and it is very hard and uncomfortable. I actually woke up this morning with a pain on my side I never had before. My husband does not like it either. This was not cheap that's one of the reasons we got it, we thought it would be worth the money, very disappointed and it's so difficult for us to bring heavy things to Kohls to send back. We will be making that decision today.

I almost didn't order this mattress pad due to some bad reviews. When you open and break the sealed mattress, yes there is a line down the middle and one sides looked a little pulled on the seam but we gave it a day to fully breathe and when the sheets are on you cannot tell at all. The middle, its not like there is more padding there, it flattens out and its fine now. It transformed our rock hard bed into us getting a great nights sleep!!! I usually have pain in my back or hip and nothing for the past two nights sleep.
