easy to install especially if you have any experience with threadless headsets. there is less than one inch of travel though, which seems low.. you can get extra travel if you take off the mounting bracket on the forks where the fender attaches. i'll probably figure out a way to mount the fender directly to the bottom of the headset rather than on the forks but that means the fender won't move up and down with the tire. i took off a star because the fender bracket reduces travel on the shock. fits great on my m365 clone (swagtron)
