If you want st johns wort without added stuff...this is the one for you
Order arrived promptly & well packaged.The product is exactly what it says it is.St Johns Wort without fancy gelatin capsules, coatings or additives.Cold-pressed St. Johns Wort flowers and they work exactly as expected 1or 2 tiny tablets a day, depending on how you're feeling.Highly recommended.

Seems to be working
Purchased for my niece who frequently suffers from depression. Her prescribed SSRI was exacerbating her anxiety but her GP refused to change her medication and just gave her diazepam for the anxiety!!!! We had aldready sorted out magnesium for her and she agreed the anxiety was worse than the depression so she stopped her SSRIs and started this - within a few weeks her depression was under control and her anxiety had improved significantly - so can only say it worked for her. Her side effects were - increased sun sensitivity and damp hands??

Calms you down, but causes migraine...
Overall, it seems to work. I definitely felt calmer. However, after a week or two I started to have migraines. I wasn’t sure if that was down to the product, so continued to use. But soon after, somebody else mentioned that they had migraines started after taking St. John’s Wort (not the same brand though). But it gave me an idea, that maybe the tablets are the reason. I’ve stopped taking it and the migraines gone. I resumed taking them after a week and the migraines started again... I don’t know, maybe it’s just a personal thing, but unfortunately, it’s not very good for me. I take it only occasionally, when the stress levels are high — only as a one off calming down remedy. I had to put 3 stars only, as it didn’t work for me as expected — I was hoping to take it as a course to improve my overall mental wellbeing... Also, it’s the first time I was taking St. John ‘s Wort, so cannot tell if this is a genuine product or not, as I’ve got nothing to compare with.

Very effective, lowest filler
I switched from another brand which had enough filler to upset me. These are the best I have found and am so far very happy with the results. Bought second pack to store. Lift mood, help sleep. Good product. Highly recommend.

get stuck in your throat but they do work
these need to be half the size! I never have trouble swallowing tablets but these get stuck every other day, quite bad today hence prompted to review them. They do seem to work though and if I could be bothered I would grind them every day and put them into something but who has the time for that?

400mg not 500mg
Arrived one day before expected but description says 500mg whereas the packaging states 400mg, still good value for money as in herbal shops or chemists these cost £8-£11 for 30 but you 90 here for £8.90.

Hard to swallow
Unfortunately though you get a lot of tablets for your money my stress levels increased as due to the coating they are very difficult to swallow causing me on occasion to gag on them have stopped purchasing this brand

A huge beneficial effect with dealing with difficulties thrown in life, probably took 8 weeks to start feeling the effects but we'll worth it
