These do not have a microphone, they’re just for listening.

Q: It says limited warranty on this. Does anyone know what is actually covered?

Nothing. I bought a pair that didn’t even work and never heard back from the company about a refund or exchange. I wouldn’t recommend these at all.

Q: Are these labeled for right and left ear?

Yes I believe they are. Cannot confirm since one of the pair I got. One of the rear peices were not working upon arrival
