Bavarian Women's Designer Midi Dirndl Madeleine Dress 2-Pieces + Apron

I’m a big girl or I’m short for my weight! Either way I do not like purchasing cotton because there is no give so I was nervous about purchasing this on–line. We are going to Germany for Oktoberfest and I want to have an amazing experience so our tour guide recommended dressing up for the event it was recommended to check out Amazon by our German host. I was quite happy with the variety of colors. So I took my measurements and added 2 inches to everything. It fits perfect like it was tailored to me! This is my second outfit this one is the pretties and my favorite. The attention to detail is beautiful. If I could only purchase one this would be it! I’m glad I added 2 inches to everything if I hadn’t I don’t think it would have fit. Material color and quality are perfect!!!

Beautiful dress and great quality! Size up... I normally wear a size 4/6 dress and I ordered the size 10 and it fits like a glove!

Love love love it. This is absolutely adorable. I’m going to Oktoberfest in Germany next month and have been researching high quality outfits. I was disappointed with the selection so I decided to buy all the pieces separately to build my own outfit and I’m glad I did.I originally ordered one size up (14) and realized the zipper would only go about halfway up. I returned it very easily and re-ordered two sizes up (16). It fit perfectly! For reference, I’m 5’4, 36B, 200 lbs and typically wear a size 12-14.I will say it looks more like a light purple or muted pink. I expected a more vibrant color, but the material is so nice. The chain in the front is a wonderful accent. The lace apron is just gorgeous. It’s worth every penny.

I bought this to wear to Oktoberfest in Germany. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but didn't want a "costume" dress either. This fit the bill perfectly. I'd say it fit true to size, however I did order 2 sizes up. My dress size is always 1 to 2 sizes bigger than my actual size so for me, that is true to size. I'm well endowed so I usually have to go bigger then, take in the waist, but in this case it actually fit great without any alternations. The color was exactly as pictured. The fit was pretty good, but did have some odd pulling here and there, it sat just a tad above my waist and the neck line was a bit crooked. Not sure if that's the dress or just how it fit on me, regardless that's the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it's a beautiful dress in which I got several compliments on was very happy with it. My husband is profession beer brewer so we actually attend many Oktoberfest type celebrations so I'm sure I'll get many more wears out of it in the future and am even considering ordering another on in a different color.

When I initially ordered my dirndl this was not available in a size 10 so I ordered it in a 12, and three others in different colors in a size 10 (I feel a little guilty returning so many but last year I ordered a different brand and it was a little too big and then I lost weight, so I wore it once and gave it to my daughter-in-law - but the return policy is a major benefit of Amazon Prime). I kept the 12 and returned the others but it was a little too big, and then the 10 became available so I ordered that, compared how they fit and returned the 12. I really love the color and quality of this dirndl. My size tip is to measure your waist at the narrowest part just above your naval and use the size chart.

I’d have to say the top fits like a 4 so size up 🆙 by one size. I’m not even big chested and it was bit too tight and was hard to eat.I’m giving it three stars instead of 5 because it’s not actually made in Germany or Austria and it’s too tight for a size 38 Euro size. This is because it’s manufactured in China.

I ordered this as a backup dirndl which I ended up using in addition to my primary one. The colors were nice and I actually saw two other women wearing the same one at Oktoberfest. 36 was the smallest size available but since I'm a 2/4 and a small 34B chest I could have probably used a 34 (the size of my other dirndl). I cinched the waist using the corset strings and apron and just tried to keep the dress pulled down to keep the straps from gapping. I'm 5'9" so I can see how the straps might be a touch too long on a shorter person.

This dress and apron were both beautiful. I found that this style fit a little more snug than some of the other dresses I tried from Edelnice Trachtenmode, and I would suggest sizing up one to two sizes. The skirt of this dress wasn't as high quality as some of the others I tried on. I'm not sure what the material was, but it has a slight plastic feel to it (like a thin outdoor fabric). The bodice of the dress was beautiful, as was the lace apron.

Passt super. Allerdings fällt es wirklich klein aus. Anhand der Rezessionen die ich im Vorfeld gelesen habe, habe ich das Dirndl grösser bestellt. Trage eigentlich Grösse 42. Die 46 passt gut.

Das Kleid ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Stoff fühlt sich hochwertig an und die Farben sind bezaubernd. Der Versand erfolgte sehr schnell. Wurde sogar noch am selben Tag geliefert. Was für ein Glück, denn ich wollte abends auf ein Konzert gehen.Ich habe extra 2 verschiedene Größen bestellt, weil ich mir unsicher wegen der Grösse war.Wenn man allerdings viel Oberweite hat, dann sollte man unbedingt 1-2 Nummern größer bestellen, da das Kleid keinen Stretch-Anteil hat. Ich schwanke normalerweise zwischen 44-46, habe hier die 46 bestellt,diese ging allerdings nicht zu. Ich konnte den halboffenen Reißverschluss auch nicht verbergen, da er sich an der Seite befindet.Also musste ich auf die nächste Größe umsteigen.Angezogen sieht das Kleid allerdings wunderschön aus! Man muss aber noch eine Bluse dazu bestellen, diese ist im Preis nicht enthalten.Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, man bekommt hochwertige Ware für kleines Geld. Da das Dirndl aber wirklich sehr klejn ausfällt, gibt es Punkteabzug.

Das Dirndl ist wunderschön! Lasst euch nur nicht verwirren, die Kette ist mit dabei aber keine Schleife extra oben.Ich trage normalerweise 42-44 aber durch eine große Oberweite musste ich das Dirndl in 48 bestellen. Jetzt passt die Oberweite rein aber dafür schlackert es an Taille und Armen. Das ist aber kein Problem für mich, mit allem unter D sollte man eigentlich gut reinpassen denke ich :) Die Qualität ist wunderbar. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich habe lange nach ein passendes Dirndel gesucht und endlich das für mich perfekte gefunden.Ich trage normalerweise Größe 42/44 habe es mir in Größe 48 bestellt, da ich eine große Oberweite habe und es passt super. Die Farbe ist wie in der Abbildung. Der Stoff ist glänzend. Das Dirndel ist leicht. Sehr schön verarbeitet. Ich bin 1,56 cm klein und mir geht es bis kurz über'n Knöchel, was mich nicht weiter stört. Der Schmuck vorne sieht sehr niedlich aus und passt sich schön ins Gesamtbild ein. Ich freue mich schon mein neues Schmuckstück auszuführen. Der Preis ist angemessen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung !!!

Das Dirndl kam via Prime am nächsten Tag an. Leider ist es sehr zerknittert und muss aufgebügelt werden. Aufgrund der Rezensionen habe ich das Kleid eine Nummer größer bestellt, leider ist es zu groß. Ich trage normal eine 40/42 eher 42 und habe es in 44 bestellt. An den Seiten und der Taille ist es ca 2cm zu groß. Die Größenangeben der anderen Bewertungen sind wohl eher auf die Körbchengröße bezogen. Wer eine B Körbchen hat, sollte definitiv seine normale Größe bestellen.Auf der Edelnice Seite findest man eine Größentabelle, die sollte man einhalten. Demnach hätte mir eine 42 gepasst, leider habe ich mich von den Rezension verunsichern lassen. Mein Kleid geht daher leider wieder zurück und wird eine Nummer kleiner bestellt.Ansonsten macht das Kleid optisch einen echt schönen Eindruck. Der Stoff ist generell etwas dünner, im Vergleich zu hochpreisigeren Dirndl, darunter leidet etwas der formdene Aspekt.Bei einer Größe von 1,82m geht es mir bis zum Knie absoluter Pluspunkt für große Frauen.Alles in allem ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.
