Great product, so good for carring heavy loads. Beofre using tithen all wheels

The looks were good hence I went for it, but once you place the 25+ kg load on it it becomes difficult to tilt it over to pull along, also when you want to place the load it has to be done carefully. I wonder who designed it, it should have had rubber stoppers at the bottom so that the weight of the load would have been easy to tilt , I have shown in red in the image

So it has become more of a toy than of being any real use to carry anything heavy. It claims to be able to take the load of 60 kgs but you can hardly get it in the correct position to move when its loaded because of its light weight aluminium frame which never gives the confidence that it can carry the load without bending.Basically whatever load it is capable of carrying on a flight of stairs, can be carried by hand as well. In fact, in my experience carrying by hand was faster and took less effort on stairs than using the trolley.If you really want to use a trolly to carry things up/ down a flight stairs which you can’t carry yourself like a big box containing a Refigerator etc then you need a trolley with a strong steel frame, big wheels and sufficient vertical height. This product lacks in all there aspects and therefore it’s easier to just carry things by hand instead, especially up/down a flight of stairs.On the bright side they had a 30 day return policy which was cool.
