My significant other suffers from plantar fasciitis so I bought this set for him as a present. He really appreciated the gift, which contributed to soothe the pain associated with this condition and gradually stretched his sore muscles and tendons. Two pieces of advice: first, be careful with the pressure you apply, especially with the spiky ball and roller as these tools are both quite hard (my partner took a couple of attempts to find the right balance) -if your feet are very sore, you better start off with the smooth ball then progress to the spiky tools; secondly, ensure you exercise every day for consistent results.All in all, these are great products and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant product, I used the smooth ball on a torn shoulder haven't had any pain after one use. The roller is a god send, use it nightly for five minutes for my plantar faciatus it works instantly, I could walk without pain after the first use, it doesn't get rid of it completely but the pain relief is amazing. I was using insoles but they seemed to make the pain worse, I read the reviews for this product and glad I took the chance it has changed my life.

I bought these for plantar foot pain and they do the job quite well. Strong, sturdy and easy to use and small enough to put away in a drawer when not using.

My favourite is the smooth ball as I’ve a trapped nerve in my shoulder and this works wonders. The foot massager is good too but my fav is defo the ball.

My daughter has been having issues with her ankles with playing a lot of sport. These help her to exercise them and strengthen the muscles and joins, she likes using them too.

It is what it says, the brown bag is awful, I thought it was like ecological but it has plastic inlining which makes no sense, still haven't got an answer from the seller on how to use it as hot therapy.

My partner loves these for his "tight feet". They live under the sofa and he uses them every evening.

Easy it use, and gives relief quite quickly. Texture a bit peculiar at first but doesn't take long to get used to.
