Just tried this baby out on the open ocean and could not be happier with my purchase.First of all, make sure you get the right size and going by child, female, or male is not enough to make the right decision even though I have seen similar products being sized that way. If your face from top of your nose to your chin is less than 4.75 inches long then get the Medium but if it's any longer than that get the Large. I am a woman but my face measured just under 5 inches so I got the Large and it fit perfectly.The mask itself is a huge upgrade from traditional mask and snorkel sets. You get a much wider and clearer view with this mask and having the snorkel built right in is just perfect. When I first put it on, breathing felt a bit awkward but after a few minutes, I got used to it and realized that I could breathe normally through my nose and/or my mouth without issue.The mask never fogged up at all. When you dive down under the water, the mask automatically suctions tightly around your face and the snorkel valve seals to prevent water from getting in. You obviously can't breathe underwater with it but it's cool to dive once in a while without having to empty water out of your snorkel when you come up. I had no water leakage at all except once whenI forgot to tighten the straps before dunking my head and even then it was only minimal.My biggest issue with the mask was not being able to touch my face, particularly my mouth. My lips were salty from the water but I had to wipe it away with my tongue but that is just a matter of getting used to. Also, when a wave would come over my head the mask would seal and I would freak out a bit that I couldn't breathe but it was only for a second and then back to normal so again that was just a matter of getting used to.Overall, the EasySnorkel indeed makes snorkeking much easier. I think it was worth every penny and love that mine came in pink.

I was really excited about this mask. The concept is AWESOME. My mask arrived and fit well. I noticed right away that whenever I wore it, I would start to get light-headed and sometimes even nauseous. I chalked it up to the valve system that prevents water from coming into the device which does restrict air-flow making it hard to breathe, but then I read about a series of deaths possibly related to these masks. Apparently, CO2 can build up in the mask due to the full face seal and there have been several drownings recently of swimmers using this style of product. Based on my own frequent episodes of light-headedness and nausea, I will no longer be wearing mine. It's not worth the risk

So I tried my mask out and it is life-changing and amazing. I have snorkeled for over 30 years and this is by far the most amazing device I've used in the water. I love not having to deal with having something in my mouth and concentrating on breathing and not being able to see what's around me. The easy snorkel face mask enables you to breathe freely and enables you to see a lot more underwater. My only concern is that the mask fogs up a little and you have stop and clear it out. As you see in the photo the mask was fogged up only a couple minutes into using it. At times it was real hard to breath found myself breathing harder than if I used my old traditional snorkel and mask. Spent a lot of times clearing out fog from mask, not the best experience but I would recommend this easy snorkel mask to anyone who likes to snorkel and go underwater and not have to worry about breathing through a snorkel and just concentrate on breathing normally and having fun.

I got the Large/XL in green, but really it's teal. There's green on the tip and that's it. Fits great and is comfortable. I tried it on before I used it and it's the weirdest feeling at first. Like you shouldn't be able to breathe. But after a bit, it feels normal. It did fog, even before I got into the water. So I also ordered some antifog cleaner too. I had a clear film on top that I left on for travel for the first trip. Just don't forget to remove it! My husband thought it was blurry at first until I showed him that you could remove it.Also- I measured right at the cut off. 4.7 inches- and went up to the large. Fits great. Comfy. I thought I'd want some room incase I wanted to move my jaw, yawn, or talk (yes, you can hear each other through the masks).I mostly got this because a normal snorkle and mask almost always, ALWAYS leaks and burns my eyes. Even with the mask smushed up on my face. I'm not a professional diver by any means, but do enjoy surface snorkeling while on vacation.I docked stars because I missing some pieces. On the product sheet included in the box it says it included extra O-rings. Waiting to heard back from the company.

I have snorkeled for over 30 years and really enjoyed this mask.PROS: -If kept dry, the top of the mask does not fog up. -No issues for newbies who have trouble breathing through a mouthpiece. -You can actually talk to and hear others underwater! This was a really unexpected bonus. -Easy to share if you don't want someone else's drooly mouthpiece in your mouth CONS: -The only big problem is that you cannot free dive. You can't equalize the pressure so anything more than 20 feet deep is out of the question. -It takes up a lot of space in your luggage.In the end I LOVE this mask for my wife but I will probably use a traditional setup for myself in most cases.

Only one of the two masks I ordered arrived. Large mask arrived and looks great, small mask hasn’t arrived. I assumed it was on the way, but just checked and sender believes the order is complete. Please send me small mask ASAP, our trip is just around the corner!!!!

We used the mask to snorkel in Cuba. They worked great. I’ve never snorkeled before but from the people we were with this is so much better than using the other method. I had no issues with this mask. It’s relaxing to breathe and just enjoy the water and the ocean view.

Bought this for my daughter at Christmas and when we went to use it in February in Turks it proved to be extremely difficult to keep water leaking in and she found it difficult to breath.Had to use her old style Snorkel & mask type to enjoy our water travels.
