This is a pretty good chair. Assembly wasn't the easiest but not too bad. After having it a few months, it's starting to squeak at the hinges, but I haven't had the chance to oil it yet, so that might be all it needs. Main problem I'm having now is that after only using the vibrating lumbar support a few times, it stopped working. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about that, but it's a shame, because it's one of the main reasons I chose this one...

I ordered 2 chairs. One for my husband (6 ft. and 220lbs) who's had back surgery and one for my 17 yr. old son (5' 10" 175lbs). They both love to game. They both loved the chairs. Said they are super comfortable. Our only issue is that the foot rest doesn't come out far for taller people. But they both figured out how to manage with it. The massage part is awesome and everything on chair seems well made. Happy with this purchase.

The chair is nice but the vibrating pillow seems almost too large and tends to be uncomfortable. My chair arrived with a small issue of the right armrest but their customer service is kind and helpful.

My son loves his chair. The instructions leave much to the imagination. However we were able to get it in less than an hour. The massager Vibrates, foot rest extends and the seat reclines.

The assembly instructions were a joke. Thank goodness for you tube. Once the chair was assembled it was great.

Cheaply made. Arms broke and the footrest is a joke. It is hard to pull it out and push it in. Son is 100lbs and it is falling apart.

For this price this is the best one I found. I love it super comfortable! I love everything about it especially the foot rest and the lean on it is perfect as well, I am a gamer so this chair is definitely for me and I’ll always use it, definitely recommend it!

The first gaming chair we received was damaged. The company sent us a replacement and it was easy to assemble. My son absolutely loves his new gaming chair. It is comfortable and even has a massage pillow. A good buy for a reasonable price.
