This is a great addition to my cats food.

My doctor diagnosed me with edema water retention and I asked my acupuncturist what a good herbal remedy or a food that helps as a diuretic. He told me in Traditional Chinese Medicine that corn silk is good for water retention. That might be true but this product was WORTHLESS. I took it as prescribed and by the time the bottle was finished - NO IMPROVEMENT with my water retention. Wasted $27.00. It tastes VERY SWEET so his high on the glycemic index and tastes sugary. If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic or have fatty liver disease avoid this product.

This is a great concentrate of cornsilk which is SO much better than the tea. I take 2 droppers 3 times a day and my IC pain is SO much more tolerable.As an aside it has a slightly sweet taste and I like that it has NO alcohol which is required when making most concentrates...

My husband found a recipe for keto cornbread and this was one of the ingredients. I generally don't like low carb bread because they use almond flour, which isn't had but not the best. I was skeptical to try this but it really gave it the authentic cornbread flavor.
