Comfortable chair for a big guy
I'm 6'1 260lbs, this chair accommodates my size well. The leg rest is a bit flimsy, but I have a feeling all chairs with a foot rest would feel the same. The instructions don't have the most detailed pictures, but you should be able to put it together in 30 minutes with a little patience. There is a slight odor to the new chair, but it fades away in a few days. I wish the arm rests could adjust up or down as they're fixed in place, but otherwise it's an attractive, comfortable place to sit. Will update in a few months.

Nope, too cheap...
The seat cushion is hard and it hurts after a couple of hours, the arms need the bolts retightening every week and are starting to bend apart (widen) not because the bolts are bent but because the sockets on either side of the seat are bending within the seat. Finally, I thought I would like the leg rest but it just gets in the way is flimsy; buy a foot stool instead. The only good thing I can say is the base rolls the best of any chair I've had and that's on carpet. I bought a cover for my old chair and rolled this one in my garage after about six weeks, maybe the kid's will want it. Remember it's your rear end and back and you want the best chair for yourself and your money. This too cheap, save up.

I want to love this chair BUT I don't! Short people beware!
Having gained some weight due to health issues, I found myself in the market for a new chair. I was tired of my old one hurting my back and butt, while the arm rest supports kept digging into my thighs. I searched a lot and found my needs difficult to accommodate. I need a short, wide bodied chair with good support that is comfortable to sit in all day. I'm only 5'4" tall and most chairs that are 17" high from floor to seat are too high. They just hurt my legs and back after sitting in them for only a short time. Although the manufacturer claims the height is 15" - 19" from floor to top of seat (confirmed via email from the seller), the lowest height really measures just under 17" and is barely the right height for me.The seat is quite stiff too, so don't expect your butt to feel cushioned by a cloud of comfort. When I first sit on it the extra firmness feels good to me but after a couple hours my butt, back of my thighs and lower back start to feel the lack of give. I find myself getting fidgety and wanting to rock back, which I can't because this chair DOES NOT rock at all! Rocking was one of the key features I was looking for and all this chair does is bounce at best. I don't know why some of the reviews said this chair rocks when it clearly doesn't?! Maybe rocking isn't possible in a chair that fully reclines? I'm not sure.Speaking of the reclining feature....yes it does work ok and you'll find yourself lying fairly flat but I wouldn't say it's comfortable enough to actually sleep on, at least it's not for me. When lying down, I found my arms falling off the chair and desperately wanted some kind of inflatable bolsters to magically appear that I could rest them on. The foot rest felt ok but can be a pain to manually pull out and push back in. (It also sometimes digs into the back of my calves when in the folded position.) My biggest complaint about trying to recline though is how low the handle is! Maybe I'm just too fat or my arms are too short but it is very hard for me to pull the lever to recline. The arm rest is shoved into my arm pit while my right arm flails around searching for the handle. When I eventually find it my bulk automatically falls back into a supine position that feels like I'm about to tip over. Somehow I don't but reversing the procedure to get up is way harder and probably quite ugly to watch!I found the lumbar pillow completely useless for me as it's too big (thick) to fit my lower back comfortably. Maybe for a bigger person it would feel great. I didn't bother to try the massaging feature of it which you have to plug into a USB port on a computer, I'm assuming, or some other device. What a pain that must be! The seat itself is also pretty hot to me but that could be because more surface area is actually touching my back and parts of my butt. In my old chair I sat forward on a cushion and only leaned back to rock periodically.I will say that I love how sturdy the chair feels to me and was surprised that other reviewers found it flimsy. I also like how smoothly it swivels and how nicely the wheels roll. They glide effortlessly to me but I'm also using this chair on a laminate floor (fake wood) and not carpet. I just really wish this thing could rock! Even as I'm writing this I've tried (in vain) to rock several times already as it's a motion (and tiny exercise) that I'm used to. (I guess my next chair definitely needs to rock then.) This chair was a bit tricky to put together on my own but I managed. I had to use some tricks I picked up in construction though to get the job done by myself. It would have been easier to assemble with a friend but I just couldn't wait for my bf to get home.Incidentally, this chair is almost an exact copy of the ECLife Massage Gaming Chair that I purchased and sent back first. It's hard to believe these chairs were from 2 different companies with how identical the parts looked. That chair was definitely too tall for me and the seat was angled higher in the front. Everything else is exactly the same as this one though. I can't imagine gaming in either of these chairs for very long because they're just too rigid. I'm going to try the Elecwish chair for several more hours before I make my final decision. I really want to love this chair but, so far, I don't. I hope someone finds this review helpful.

2 things I would change
There are two things about this chair I would change. 1. I wish the arm rests were adjustable up and down. They are a bit low for me. 2. I wish the footrest extended further and was sturdier. I’m 5’7”.Overall I really like the chair. I like that’s it’s all black. It’s nice quality, comfortable, and rather large. My favorite feature is the reclining lock. You can lock the chair in any position from super upright to super reclined.

Quality not the greatest
Tear along top of chair, but comfortable.Update: company contacted me about review, said they’d replace if I sent pictures. So I did. They came back with a 5% discount on my next purchase. Really?!? Why even contact the customer when you’re not going to do anything. I recommend avoiding this seller.

Great chair
I like the chair, my only issue it makes you get overheated. Of course it could be me.I can't complain it's a nice chair and I like the footrest.
