It gives me all day long energy, good product, however it’s very hard consistency and it’s difficult to take lol out from the tub, I need heat the tub to soften it.

You need to adjust to taste but it's not as bad as I expected. It's super healthy and when I drink it, I can't have coffee as this is naturally strong.It amazes me how little I actually use it and what great benefits it gives me.

The actual product is very thick and no utensil provided to get it out, had to use a teaspoon upside down to get anything out and the teaspoon would not fit into the jar the correct way up, the taste of the product is not very nice , been using for about a week and felt no different
