This is a very neat toy for someone who wants to get into anal exploration, vaginal exploration, people looking for assistance with toy/object insertions, or just someone who's looking for a new toy to play with in the bedroom. (I suppose using this medical device for medical practices would also make sense, but if a medical professional is reading reviews on amazon, maybe someone should take away their license.)Continuing with the review of this item as a sexual device.It's great! It feels very sturdy and has a decent amount of weight to it. The handles feel strong and don't flex or bend when in use (even when a good deal of resistance is applied to the tongs).There is a slight pinching hazard. I would definitely suggest not closing the tongs all the way before trying to remove it. It might make it a bit uncomfortable (if you are on the tighter side) but trust me, it's nothing compared to the pain of pinching your anus tissue. With some practice (and ideally an extra set of hands) this toy is great and won't cause any issues! Just a lot of fun/exploration!The thumb screw could be a little bit more robust, but it isn't something that ruins the device. It just feels like a bit of an afterthought in my opinion.

don't know if i could have got a better deal {don't think so } but it is great well built easy to clean and fun for all who is down . i would buy again in a heart beat . thanx odontomed1 love the idem ...shipping took a while . but worth the wait

This instrument is very difficult to use. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Don't buy it! Besides, you should leave that to professionals.
