I will honestly say I didn't expect much with this considering the price but it surprised me. I visiting my folks after long time so just buying lot of stuff to gift everyone and this was one of the gifts. I liked it cause it looked simple yet fashionable, useful and was cheap.Pros:1. Quite affordable as compared to similar products2. Warerproof till 1 meter so good enough for kids swimming3. I love the color4. Smart charging system in the band and can be charged just like using a USB5. Look and feel is good, screen is simple and provides all necessary informationCons:1. The strap is little tricky to remove for charging, you need to get hold of it.2. I bought it to gift so haven't really used it. I charged it and put it back in the box. Will update on how long the charge stays

I bought this for my nephew as a Christmas present. He was very excited and very happy with it. Pleased with this purchase.

My first watch had a couple malfunctions/glitches, I contacted fitpolo and they apologized and informed me that the watches come with a 1 year warranty and sent me a replacement. So far the new watch is working great like it should, hopefully it keeps up because I love the simplicity of it but also that it's a tracker with message and call notifications.

Horrible battery life. Battery lasts maybe one full day. Once it’s dead, you have to connect it to the app to get the correct time again. Not sure if I just got a faulty watch but it’s very frustrating.

The accuracy for steps seems way off. Furthermore after having it 30 days, it wouldn’t not charge any longer. No charger provided and I was only able to charge it twice before it quit working. :(

My son was so excited to get this for Christmas. He wore it once and then it would not charge again. We returned it and got another one. It seems like if you let the battery full drain it takes almost a whole day to recharge it. So now we just charge it once it is at 20 percent

Had a nice app, weak alarm vibration which is what I bought it for. Ended with it not connecting.

Purchased this as an alternative to a Fitbit. Pricing was great and functioned well for 2 weeks. Now it will not charge or power on. Very disappointed and do not recommend this item. You get what you pay for.
