Defect item
Bought this for my partner for a Christmas present as he travels a lot.He started using the backpack third week into January and during that first week, the zip busted and the handle is so loose that it doesn't matter how much you adjust it, it does not stay in place. Contacting seller hopefully this item will be replace.
