Because I was so satisfied with my original purchase of Greenbox Ink Cartridges for my Canon printer, I repurchase them when my ink was getting low. I didn't need to swap them immediately because the first set were still performing satisfactorily. I got to the swap point after the new box was sitting on my desk for about a month, sealed by the manufacturer. I install them as usual and the quality is very poor. Worse than the older cartridges actually. I did some routine printer cleaning and alignments with the software and no improvements are noted. They act like worn out cartridges even though the printer recognizes them as full. I'm hoping that the sender will send another set to replace these. I'm not sure what I'll get at this point. MapobjeckyUpdate 10/17/2019 I contacted Amazon about the problem I has with the Greenbox Printer Cartridges and Vinton H promptly replied with a couple of options to help keep me a satisfied customer. He offered to replace the defective cartridges at no cost and had them shipped. I received them today, 10/18/2019 and switched them out with the defective ones. Voilà, the problem is no more! Perfect printouts and copies are all that my Canon copier are putting out! Thank you Amazon for coming to my aid. BTW, Vinton was an exceptional asset to the service department. These are fine for everyday printing but I also print images for various craft projects. Comparing this to the original ink that came with my new Canon 3620 inks I just replaced, I'd have to say GreenBox's black isn't black enough and lacks the richness of the Canon black. A real dark black makes colors pop and I'm sorry to say that I miss my old 5620 and the cheap remanned inks I used to get for them from another seller.I bought these new cartriges back in July and just put them into use last week (mid October) and am now past my return window, sadly. These inks also bleed whereas the Canon inks didn't but I'll never buy original inks so who am I kidding?Like I said, these are fine for everyday use but I'll keep looking for a richer black.

I would’ve given higher rating but for the fact that the tape seal that is supposed to cover where the ink comes out wasn’t attached properly on the black ink and just removing it from the outer wrapper got ink all over me and my shirt. That I wasn’t expecting. It fit my canon printer as it should and prints fine now that I’ve gently wiped what appears to be half the ink cartridge off of the exterior of the case and my hands. I won’t buy this again.

They work well in my Cannon printer and are a fraction of the cost for replacement ink. I have ordered them several times and have only had one black cartridge not work. The ink lasts about the same as genuine Cannon ink.

I have one canon printer and I often to use , but the ink costs very expensive when I bought from Walmart, just little combo of black extra large and regular sized color ink cost about $ 55 dollars at Walmart . But this green box brand ink I bought from amazon website only cost$29.99 dollars and working same . It save me a lot of money .also it printing clean too

So far the ink has done as promised. I haven't closely compared it to Canon ink for color and quality comparison, but it seems good and is MUCH less expensive.

Great! One cartridge came a little bit leaky but only if upside down, which luckily we dont do any Dr. Suess living in our house so they worked like a dream.

The black ink cartridge works just fine for me, but the color ink cartridge prints pretty poorly. There are several lines that come out when printing, and I've tried running the cleaning process on my printer several times. It's been several prints later and it hasn't improved. I wouldn't mind buying the black cartridge again, but the color one makes me nervous to buy again.
