Milwaukee M12 Mens Heated AXIS Vest Kit (Small)

Bought this product on short notice for my husband's hunting trip. Emailed seller to inquire if they could pull the order and ship ASAP to ensure we received it before he left for his hunting trip. They wrote back immediately that they ship within 2-3 business days and thanks to them. it was received in time. He loves the vest. Says he likes the fact that since it is a vest, the warmth is closer to his body and he can layer overtop of it without the extra bulk in the sleeves. We purchased an extra battery to ensure all day operation. Thanks much!

Jacket was shipped quickly and have used it for hunting and it worked well for keeping warm on deer stand and plan on using for work when hunting is done. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying I really like the vest and the way it works. I ordered this vest kit from EMS Corp. at the beginning of Nov. The charger would not work at all. I contacted them about a return. It seems that I have to pay shipping to return the whole kit. I looked up the vest to rebuy and found that it had gone up $50 from what I payed only a few weeks earlier. They also said that there may be a restocking fee as much as 50%. I looked up what a new charger would cost and found it to be $25. Its far cheaper to bite the bullet and just buy a new charger. Their return policy sucks.

CPO will not provide me an adequate invoice to redeem a promotional product. I have provided them the standards required and have communicated many times to no avail. They have given me 3 different invoice types that are always missing an address, or an invoice number, or even an invoice at all. Initially they would only give me a sales request even though I had been charged for the product. This request is not an unusual one as the product purchased is from Milwaukee.Product from Milwaukee works great.

The vest was nice but horrible placement for the battery, I'm a heavy equipment operator and sitting in a seat all day with a battery jabbing me in the kidneys is not a good feeling! It needs to be placed in a front pocket and made smaller! Ad it's been three days since they received my return of the vest and still waiting for my money back!

Quality of vest is good but for hunting it falls short.First, the batter size / shape is uncomformtable for tree stand setting, it hits right behind your left side. They need to make the batter smaller and contoured/Second, no heating in kidney areas.If they made the above 2 changes this would be 5 start easy.
