This little thing is a neat concept if it were accurate. The ball tends to drag inside the globe keeping it from spinning freely so you get off readings periodically. The old truck I'm putting it in has a lot of vibrations so hopefully that will keep it loose and at least somewhat accurate.. It's cheap novelty buy, what should I expect when some of these Marine compasses are like $70.. If your life depends on an accurate compass spend more the $10..

Not quite what I expected. I figured it would be easier to read and would sit still at it seems to move around a lot even when you’re setting still

So far the VGEBY Car Compass is working perfectly & sticking to dash. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works on its own, but when I mount it to the dash, the magnet picks up evening but the direction.

It did not stick long to the window very long. It is too heavy for the adhesive. It is sitting in my cup holding in our RV because it kept falling off the window.

Yes its a compass. But. The large north south etc signs are wrong. Assume south equator compass. So u have to use the small direction stamps.

I read previous reviews. It's TRUE the packaging was rather 👎 No literature👎 Disasimbled👎 yet once I put it together, it was pretty cool. And it does work for me. Outside of what I said. It's worth $18.

I read the reviews but decided to give it try anyway. My mistake. This compass just doesn't work. It sticks as it turns and is not consistent in directional orientation. It absolutely froze up on my dashboard. Wouldn't move a bit. Not sure what is happening there. I put a high quality handheld compass in the same spot. It did not have a problem with accuracy or interference at all.Looks like another case of you get what you pay for. Why even bother making it in the first place? Save time and hassle. Look elsewhere.

UPDATE: seller hasnt returned message, thus, i have started the refund process!Note: Waiting on the seller to email me back. Am I doing something wrong? Doesnt work! States I'm going south when I'm going west. Downloaded two apps for phone to compare. Definitely not working.
