These are great for using in the kitchen as hot pads—my only complaint is that the picture is misleading, because it’s a darker red color in the picture, but when the product came it was a might brighter red. But that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars—since I was expecting a deeper red color to match our other kitchen appliances

Briefly Heat resistant long enough to remove from heat and quickly set down. Will melt & catch fire if exposed to high heat. Using as a hot pad to set things on is fine but not for removal from stovetop or oven. Especially not a gas stove (I have an electric) .

Although not as thick and durable as I'd hoped for, they do work as pot holders. I don't use them as trivets because they are not as thick as I like a trivet to be, the heat does come thorugh them. They do work well as pot holders. They are flexible so grabbing pans from the oven and moving hot pots is easy because they flex well. Because they are thin the heat does move through them so not good for holding something hot longer than a literal few seconds. Wouldn't recommend holding something hot while serving or walking a distance, they're just for a quick grab and move. Nice bright colors and the hole is nice for hanging them. They do wash up easy.

Product color does not match the package illustration or the website. Much too ‘cherry red’ to go in my kitchen! The deep red shown on the box would have been perfect!

When they first arrived I thought oh a bit on the small side but having used them daily for hot things to put on they work perfectly so pleased with them would order again

Absolutely brilliant, so much so a friend came to see my new kitchen and asked me to order a set for her, which I have just received, when not in use ideal to just pop away in my drawer to protect the inside of the door from being scratched from saucepan lids etc. Ideal also to put basins on top while mixing and protecting my lovely work top.

These mats are so very much what is needed in a kitchen with a granite worktop..everything stays put..I especially love the square ones they but up together beautifully..

Wonderful table/counter protectors. Exactly what we needed. Made Xmas totally scorched-surface free!!

A little smaller than I expected, but they are very good and easy to clean.
