I have used these on multiple occasions and find them to be of excellent quality. They are both sturdy and flexible, which is a great balance. The only drawback is that they are somewhat heavy, so they may cause neck pain if worn for extended periods. However, overall, I believe this is a great product and would highly recommend it.

this is my 5th neck phone holder for my iPhone 14 Pro Max with thick steel case. all the previous ones broke because of the case but this easily fitted with no issues. the good build quality with 2 holders is a bonus incase one breaks still renders it useful. great that it clicks into place from portrait to landscape view. easy to store away when transporting.

I bought 2, one for someone else.It is indeed fiddly, you have to find the precise balance if you have a tablet or phone sizes such as Samsung S20s Ultra....I was stopped at the airport security as they thought I might strangle someone with this (as the rod is thicker than other ordinary similar products) but after giving a quick demonstration, they allowed me to carry on.The magnet could be better to keep the groves locked in its place.Otherwise it's flexible and tough enough that you can twist and turn it anyway, atleast the flexible rod wouldn't break if you don't over do it.

The product I received is not the same as in the photos in the description. See how it pinches the phone - the model I received has 4 points when it clasps the phone. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I can’t centre it because one of the 4 clasps presses the volume down button. If I move it so it’s not pressed it’s then off centre. This causes the mount to tilt round so the phone never stays horizontal. The photos in the description show it clasping the middle in 2 places. It’s not the same product! I wouldn’t mind if it didn't have this issue but it basically renders that phone attachment useless. Fortunately the tablet attachment works instead. I use it for watching movies/TV in bed. It works well. Frees up your hand that usually holds the device.

Was sceptical if this product would actually work for rhe purpose I wanted to use it for but given the great price I gave it a go and it has not disappointed. I wanted to use this for late at night when in bed doing some reading on my phone. Didn't really want to wear it around my neck, wanted it to stand up on the bed by itself and was unsure if doing this would mean the height was wrong but it has worked out perfectly. Stays upright and at a height I require and seems really sturdy. Would recommend this product for anyone thinking of purchasing, it is so easy to adjust and I have tested it out on my neck and I would not recommend laying down with it around your neck but for wearing out for whatever reason it is very good. Long use would likely mean it would become a bit heavy around your neck but if your wear time is for under an hour or so this would do just fine.

Previous holder for gaming device snapped and was pretty useless from the off. This one, while probably not able to hold anything bigger than a Switch or a phone, is a lot more flexible and seems sturdier.However, it's rather uncomfortable hanging around the neck, especially with the weight of anything attached, the included cushioning on the bar is inadequate, so I tend to pad it with a pillow and use it while lying flat- where it can also dig into my collarbone. The spring mechanism is also very powerful and has nipped my finger more than once.It's good, though, just with those caveats.

A little too heavy to use round the neck. But balances on knees with iPad, the alloy connector curls up in my music bag. Had lots of compliments that it’s such a good idea. Also good for watching videos in bed.
