If you pay the right price, excellent value for money
These don't last very long, maybe 2-3 years or so the way I use and abuse them, but they are great space saver, very easy to handle and store around the garden tap and can handle reasonable water pressure. Buy "size" longer than you think you need, it's very useful to have that little extra. I don't think plastic or metal connectors matter much as what give first is inner silicone pipe which gets worn and eventually hardens and cracks or simply breaks. 5-star from me as they are now dirt-cheap compared to 2-3 years ago. I see them as almost disposable. Even if it breaks, you can cut it and put the connectors on a shorter hose, The connectors can be reused.
