What a great concept these Monkey hooks are! I had heard about them from a friend who recommended them when I needed to hang some pictures. So, I bought these, but I just couldn't believe I didn't need to make a pilot hole first. So, I got out my drill & made a very small pilot hole each time. Later, I told my friend what I had done & she said "NO, don't do that.... the Monkey hook will make its own pilot hole!" So, when I was ready to hang the rest of my pictures, I tried what she said & was amazed that the Monkey hook drilled right into the drywall!!! SO EASY!! Great product! Highly recommend!

I love these hangers. They are so easy to use and stay put. The only time they will not work if you are close to a beam behind drywall. I've used them to hang curtain rods. They are the best

So glad I discovered these! They are so easy to use, I no longer need help hanging pictures, wreathes, etc.

The only glitch is not the products fault and that is there maybe a stud at just the place you need to use it. I have used these for years, and this has only has happened only a few times. They always my first choice when hanging a picture.

I bought these because the property manager at my workplace requires use of these rather than nails, touting the notion that they prevent larger holes in the walls. I don't see how this is true. The hole these make is the same size and it is more difficult to set them exactly where you want them (despite the advice on the package). So I ended up making more holes than I would have if I'd just used nails. Also, they go so far into the drywall, that I was worried about electrical lines. They work fine once they are in the right place. But if you are hanging any framed photos that have a different sort of hanging system than a wire stretched across the back, they will stick out farther from the wall than they would with a nail. So, meh.

I was a little skeptical and nervous to use these for my 45lb mirrors and 40lb frame, but the heavier duty ones worked perfectly.They are easy to install and line up, and I have had no issues with the mirrors or frames in months. If you have the option to use theses over drywall anchors, I would recommend them.I’ll update this if anything changes.

These hooks are amazing! I asked my brother to recommend how I could hang some paintings and pictures up in my new place without ruining the walls. He suggested these and I am very happy he did. You only need one hook for a picture and no tools which I like. I used about 20 in total to put up 20 pictures around my apartment. There was 2 different spots that the hook wouldn't go in due to a stud in the wall, so basically I just had to move it a few inches and no problem. This also allowed me to cover the hole from the stud area. These hooks are also great because it leaves only a pin hole/ tack size hole in the wall. The hooks are sturdy and hold the picture in place without it shaking.

I gave it five stars for easy to use, easy to install and thickness...they missed the most important one IMHO.....hole size....only benefit with these hooks that I see is you don't need to find a stud so if that's what you want them for go ahead and buy them....hole size is the same as it would be with a nail or screw.....the 50 lb plus leave quite a large hole...I pre-drilled a very small hole to start the hook and that reduced the hole size a bit but it's definitely very visible....pictures are misleading but then it's what you want to see..so buyer beware....

AMAZING - have told everybody who would listen about them! I easily popped them through my drywall (yes, a bit of pressure is needed, but no super-hero strength was required). Wee 5' 4" female, who is not a power-lifter did it...so can you!!! Hung a very heavy 2' x 2 ' x 3" shadow box frame with beaded art-work in it. 3 weeks later it is still happily on my wall.

How the heck did I go my whole life until now without these?! My god I wish I knew of them years ago!!! So easy to use, with minimal damage to Walls. I actually hung a round bathroom vanity mirror with a heavy duty one. Amazing product that I've already reccomended to everyone I know, and I will continue to buy these forever.
